Quick answers about Fervor.
Subscription
How do I subscribe?
At the end of the app’s introduction, choose a plan. The price and, when offered, the free trial are shown on the store’s screen before you confirm.
I already subscribed. How do I restore it?
Use the same App Store or Google Play account you subscribed with. On the app’s first screen, tap “Already subscribed? Restore”; on the subscription screen, tap “Restore”.
How do I cancel?
- iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Fervor › Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Fervor › Cancel.
In the app, Me › Settings › Subscription › How to cancel shows the same steps. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Payment goes through the store, and so do refunds: for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, at play.google.com › Order history › the order › Request a refund (help at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637).
Privacy
How do I delete my data?
The app has no account. Your notes, prayers, highlights, and saved verses stay only on your phone, and deleting the app deletes all of that. The text of a “Report a problem” isn’t tied to you and is deleted within 12 months after it’s resolved. You can turn off error reports in Me › Settings. If you use the prayer network, Me › Prayer network lets you delete a request or everything; use “Delete all community data” before deleting the app, because the community code stays on the iPhone. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Problems
I found a mistake in a study, the session, or an episode
Tap ⋯ (More actions) and then “Report a problem”, or tap “Something wrong? Let us know” at the end of the study. Choose a reason and, if you like, describe what you saw.
My reminder doesn’t arrive
Check that the app’s notifications are on in your phone’s Settings, and check the time you chose in Me › Settings.
